En conferencia de prensa las agrupaciones, Mujeres construyendo y Mujeres unidas por la libertad, piden justicia y manifestaron la petici\u00f3n a las instancias federales con el objetivo de dar celeridad al proceso que enfrenta Ana Georgina Dom\u00ednguez Mac\u00edas, presa desde hace 13 a\u00f1os, v\u00edctima de la fabricaci\u00f3n de delitos, en medio de la llamada guerra contra el crimen en la \u00e9poca del gobierno de Felipe Calder\u00f3n.<\/strong>

Ana Georgina encarcelada desde que ten\u00eda 26 a\u00f1os de edad, est\u00e1 a punto de cumplir 13 a\u00f1os en prisi\u00f3n por la imputaci\u00f3n de delitos como: enriquecimiento il\u00edcito y delincuencia organizada, el detalle es que ya fue absuelta por el tema de enriquecimiento il\u00edcito y ahora se encuentran a la espera de una sentencia que ya ha demorado m\u00e1s de siete meses con<\/strong> el pretexto de que faltan copias y las certificaciones de estas.<\/strong>

Hay una evidente consigna para que Ana Georgina, no salga de la c\u00e1rcel dado que a pesar de lo evidente de las pruebas aportadas por la defensa y al haber sido desechadas un sin n\u00famero de inconsistencias aportadas por individuos que fung\u00edan como testigos protegidos que, de ellos algunos que al dejar de serlo, aseguraron que la acusaci\u00f3n era una fabricaci\u00f3n como muchas que se dieron en esa \u00e9poca. Pese a lo anterior se siguen haciendo e interponiendo recursos absurdos para dilatar m\u00e1s la estad\u00eda de Ana Georgina en prisi\u00f3n<\/strong>.

Por parte de \u201cMujeres construyendo\u201d la doctora Leticia Fern\u00e1ndez Gonz\u00e1lez, narr\u00f3 la forma en que se llev\u00f3 a cabo la detenci\u00f3n de quien se desempe\u00f1aba como trabajadora de Pemex y que fuera se\u00f1alada como responsable de la comisi\u00f3n de delitos que no cometi\u00f3 pero, que sirvieron para engrosar los n\u00fameros de detenidos sin importar el da\u00f1o que se puede hacer a las personas como Dom\u00ednguez Mac\u00edas que ha perdido lastimosa e injustamente una parte importante de su vida, a m\u00e1s de privar a sus hijos de crecer al lado de su progenitora.<\/strong>

Por su parte, Betty Maldonado de \u201cMujeres unidas por la libertad M\u00e9xico\u201d, hizo un llamado a las instancias impartidoras de justicia a ser sensibles ante la desesperada situaci\u00f3n que se vive al interior de los penales, donde se encuentran muchas mujeres que como Ana Georgina Dom\u00ednguez Mac\u00edas, se encuentran presas, en medio de procesos largu\u00edsimos, v\u00edctimas de la guerra contra el crimen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
