{"id":11225,"date":"2022-08-08T11:46:13","date_gmt":"2022-08-08T16:46:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alonsoherreranoticias.com\/75-anos-de-prision-a-secuestradores"},"modified":"2022-08-08T17:26:12","modified_gmt":"2022-08-08T22:26:12","slug":"75-anos-de-prision-a-secuestradores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alonsoherreranoticias.com\/?p=11225","title":{"rendered":"Sentencian a 75 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel a secuestradores que operaban en el Valle de Toluca."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM) consigui\u00f3 sentencias condenatorias de 75 y 65 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n para 13 personas, tras quedar acreditada penalmente su participaci\u00f3n en el secuestro de una mujer, en agosto del a\u00f1o 2014, en el Valle de Toluca.<br><br>Luego de revisar los elementos de prueba recabados y aportados por el Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada de Secuestro del Valle de Toluca, la Autoridad Judicial dict\u00f3 sentencias de 65 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n para Mario Alberto Tapia G\u00f3mez, Juan Carlos Bernal Reyes, Mauricio Dom\u00ednguez Ben\u00edtez, Mart\u00edn Santos Paulino, Leonardo Alfredo Cuevas de la Cruz, Benjam\u00edn Anaya Valdez, Arturo Gonz\u00e1lez Ram\u00edrez, Vladimir Garc\u00eda Mart\u00ednez, Lenin Vladimir Guzm\u00e1n Caballero, Margarita R\u00edos Embate, \u00d3scar Alejandro Guti\u00e9rrez Castro y Salustio Lino Guadarrama Corral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, les fueron fijadas multas de 382 mil 620 pesos, 246 mil 900 pesos por reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o material y 47 mil 827 pesos por reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o moral. En tanto que Alfonso Garc\u00eda Mart\u00ednez fue condenado a 75 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de que deber\u00e1 pagar multas de 765 mil 240 pesos, 246 mil 900 pesos como reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o material y 47 mil 827 pesos por concepto de da\u00f1o moral.<br><br>Los hechos por los que fueron sentenciados ocurrieron el d\u00eda 5 de agosto de 2014 cuando la v\u00edctima se encontraba laborando en su negocio comercial en la colonia Parque Nacional, en el municipio de Toluca, lugar al que arribaron cuatro individuos, quienes la sometieron y amagaron con un arma de fuego.<br><br>Los involucrados subieron por la fuerza a la v\u00edctima a un veh\u00edculo compacto a bordo del cual la trasladaron a un inmueble ubicado en la colonia Ocho Cedros, donde la mantuvieron privada de la libertad, un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s, el 6 de agosto fue llevada a un hotel de la colonia San Felipe Tlalmimilolpan.<br><br>Los probables secuestradores se comunicaron con los familiares de esta persona, a quienes exigieron una suma econ\u00f3mica a cambio de liberarla.<br><br>Derivado de lo anterior fueron denunciados los hechos ante esta Instituci\u00f3n y llevadas a cabo diligencias de gabinete y campo para liberar a la v\u00edctima, as\u00ed como detener a los implicados en los hechos. Como parte de la indagatoria, Polic\u00edas de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI) llevaron a cabo movilizaciones simult\u00e1neas en Valle de Bravo y Toluca donde fueron detenidas estas personas y liberada la mujer secuestrada.<br><br>Estas personas fueron presentadas ante el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico y luego remitidas ante un Juez en el Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de Santiaguito, en Almoloya de Ju\u00e1rez, autoridad que previo proceso legal, les dict\u00f3 estas condenas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\"
