{"id":18124,"date":"2023-07-21T17:53:25","date_gmt":"2023-07-21T22:53:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alonsoherreranoticias.com\/concurso-de-oratoria-del-ieem-promueve-la-inclusion"},"modified":"2023-07-21T17:53:25","modified_gmt":"2023-07-21T22:53:25","slug":"concurso-de-oratoria-del-ieem-promueve-la-inclusion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alonsoherreranoticias.com\/?p=18124","title":{"rendered":"CONCURSO DE ORATORIA DEL #IEEM PROMUEVE LA INCLUSI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con el af\u00e1n de promover la inclusi\u00f3n, en el Concurso de Oratoria: La fuerza de la palabra IEEM 2023 del Instituto Electoral del Estado de M\u00e9xico (IEEM), las y los participantes que as\u00ed lo decidan podr\u00e1n disertar su discurso en alguna de las lenguas originarias de la entidad: matlatzinca, mazahua, n\u00e1huatl, otom\u00ed o tlahuica; tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1n hacerlo en Lenguaje de Se\u00f1as Mexicanas (LSM); en este caso, el o la concursante deber\u00e1 estar acompa\u00f1ada de un traductor simult\u00e1neo. <br> <br>La fecha l\u00edmite para registrarse en este certamen es el pr\u00f3ximo 31 de agosto, las personas interesadas podr\u00e1n hacerlo a trav\u00e9s del sitio web del Instituto en la direcci\u00f3n: https:\/\/www.ieem.org.mx, \u00fanicamente se deben cubrir dos requisitos: Tener entre 18 y 29 a\u00f1os y residir en el Estado de M\u00e9xico.  <br> <br>Quienes decidan concursar pueden hacerlo en tres categor\u00edas, de acuerdo a su edad. A: de 18 a 21 a\u00f1os; B: de 22 a 25 a\u00f1os y C: de 26 a 29 a\u00f1os. Podr\u00e1n desarrollar cuatro tem\u00e1ticas:  El desarrollo pol\u00edtico en tiempos de pandemia: Oportunidades y desventajas; Reelecci\u00f3n de ayuntamientos y diputados locales: \u00bfRetorno al cacicazgo?; Tecnolog\u00eda y democracia: El reto de la difusi\u00f3n viral y Grupos vulnerables en el Estado de M\u00e9xico: \u00bfinclusi\u00f3n o discriminaci\u00f3n tolerada? <br> <br>Como parte del concurso se habilitar\u00e1n sedes en diversas zonas de la entidad, de acuerdo con el n\u00famero de participantes y de sus municipios de origen. En la etapa eliminatoria, las y los concursantes deben acudir con su Credencial para Votar, registrarse en la lista de asistencia y entregar al personal del Instituto la Carta Manifestaci\u00f3n debidamente requisitada y firmada. <br>  <br>Cada orador contar\u00e1 hasta con 5 minutos para presentar su discurso, en el que se deber\u00e1 evitar la lectura de notas. Se clasificar\u00e1n 18 finalistas; las tres mujeres y los tres hombres que hayan obtenido la mejor calificaci\u00f3n a nivel estatal en cada una de las 3 categor\u00edas.  <br> <br>Cabe destacar que el jurado calificador estar\u00e1 conformado por personas expertas en la materia y estos ser\u00e1n determinados por el IEEM. Los criterios a evaluar para definir a los tres primeros lugares de cada categor\u00eda ser\u00e1n: discurso, voz, lenguaje, actitud y esp\u00edritu.
