Esta convocatoria es una oportunidad para que personas estudiantes, acad\u00e9micas, investigadoras y docentes compartan sus perspectivas, contribuyendo as\u00ed al desarrollo del conocimiento.<br><br>El IEEM busca fomentar la pluralidad de ideas y reconocer las aportaciones que, desde distintos enfoques, ofrezcan soluciones y propuestas innovadoras frente a los desaf\u00edos pol\u00edtico-electorales actuales. A trav\u00e9s de la participaci\u00f3n de voces diversas, se busca enriquecer el an\u00e1lisis y la comprensi\u00f3n de la realidad pol\u00edtico-electoral en M\u00e9xico.<br><br>El certamen incluye tres categor\u00edas: Tesis de Posgrado; Tesis de Licenciatura y Ensayo Pol\u00edtico, en donde las personas interesadas pueden participar. Los tres primeros lugares de cada posici\u00f3n recibir\u00e1n premios econ\u00f3micos de 30 mil a 45 mil pesos, en el caso de tesis de posgrado; de 20 mil a 40 mil, en la categor\u00eda de tesis de licenciatura, y de 15 mil a 25 mil en ensayo pol\u00edtico.<br><br>El 3 de julio de 2025 a las 17:00 horas (tiempo del Centro de M\u00e9xico) es la fecha l\u00edmite para el env\u00edo electr\u00f3nico de trabajos al correo certamen@ieem.org.mx. <br><br>Los trabajos presentados deber\u00e1n cumplir diversos requisitos: Las tesis deben haberse sido sustentadas en un examen profesional en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 5 a\u00f1os y presentar documentaci\u00f3n oficial que lo aval; est\u00e1 permitida la coautor\u00eda con un m\u00e1ximo de dos autores por trabajo; el premio se dividir\u00e1 en partes iguales si resultan ganadores. <br><br>No se puede participar con m\u00e1s de un trabajo ni en m\u00e1s de una categor\u00eda, y los trabajos ganadores de otros concursos o de autores premiados en las \u00faltimas tres ediciones no son elegibles. Los trabajos se evaluar\u00e1n bajo la modalidad de doble ciego, sin datos personales ni institucionales visibles, y deben firmarse con un seud\u00f3nimo.
