Sube 2 pesos el kilo de tortilla en #CDMX y #Edomex"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El precio del kilo de tortilla en CDMX y Edomex registr\u00f3 un incremento promedio de 2 pesos, atribuible al encarecimiento de insumos y a factores de inseguridad que afectan a productores y distribuidores.<br><br>De acuerdo con el Consejo Nacional de la Tortilla (CNT), el ajuste responde al aumento en los costos del ma\u00edz, el gas LP y la electricidad, as\u00ed como a las extorsiones que padecen las tortiller\u00edas en diversas zonas metropolitanas.<br><br>En la capital, el kilo pas\u00f3 de 20 a 22 pesos en promedio, mientras que en algunos municipios mexiquenses alcanz\u00f3 hasta los 23 pesos. Autoridades federales no han anunciado a\u00fan medidas para contener el alza, aunque productores advierten que la tendencia podr\u00eda mantenerse en los pr\u00f3ximos meses si no disminuye la presi\u00f3n sobre los insumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El aumento en el precio de la tortilla en CDMX y Edomex se suma a la inflaci\u00f3n alimentaria que impacta directamente en la canasta b\u00e1sica. Seg\u00fan datos del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (INEGI), los hogares mexicanos consumen en promedio 75 kilos de tortilla por persona al a\u00f1o, lo que convierte a este alimento en uno de los m\u00e1s sensibles para el gasto familiar.<br><br>El CNT ha solicitado apoyo gubernamental para reducir los costos de operaci\u00f3n y reforzar la seguridad en zonas donde la delincuencia organizada afecta a peque\u00f1os productores.
