El sector inmobiliario tambi\u00e9n se ver\u00eda afectado, no solo por el aumento en el predial, sino porque este ajuste se replica en escrituras, aval\u00faos y el impuesto al traslado de dominio, impactando las operaciones de compra-venta en el municipio.<br \/><br \/>Ante ello, se buscar\u00e1 proponer un plan alterno para que este incremento no afecte de manera abrupta a los ciudadanos. En caso de que la actualizaci\u00f3n se mantenga, se plantear\u00eda que el ajuste se realice de forma escalonada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta medida recaudatoria deber\u00eda ir acompa\u00f1ada de mejoras en vialidades y servicios p\u00fablicos, adem\u00e1s de una correcta socializaci\u00f3n para explicar a la poblaci\u00f3n el c\u00f3mo y por qu\u00e9 del aumento, as\u00ed como la transparencia de los
