Con casi 18 mil personas fallecidas y 704 presos que fueron incluidos por la organizaci\u00f3n de filiaci\u00f3n morenista \u201cQue Siga la Democracia\u201d como parte de los apoyos y firmas para solicitar la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato del presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador (AMLO), inform\u00f3 el Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE). Que habr\u00e1 sanciones.

Entre las irregularidades, las cuales adelant\u00f3 que ser\u00e1n investigadas y sancionadas, destac\u00f3 que se encontraron apoyos de personas en reclusi\u00f3n, sin derechos pol\u00edticos, as\u00ed como personas dadas de baja en el padr\u00f3n, por defunci\u00f3n.

Ciro Murayama, consejero del INE, dijo que a pesar de estas anomal\u00edas \u201cpodemos afirmar, con claridad, que la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato dej\u00f3 de ser un hecho futuro de realizaci\u00f3n incierta para convertirse en un hecho inminente de realizaci\u00f3n cierta e inaplazable, que tendr\u00e1 lugar el pr\u00f3ximo 10 de abril\u201d.

La verificaci\u00f3n domiciliaria muestra que los apoyos recibidos por el Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) como respaldo para que se lleve a cabo la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato, arroj\u00f3 que de las 850 personas a entrevistar, s\u00f3lo se pudo contactar a 645, de las cuales el 75.04 por ciento confirm\u00f3 que proporcion\u00f3 su firma o huella para este fin, mientras que el 24.96 % equivalente a un total de 161 personas, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no hab\u00eda dado su apoyo.

Sobre lo que suceder\u00e1 con los 161 reportes de personas que afirmaron no haber dado su apoyo para que se lleve a cabo la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato, precis\u00f3 que cuando se termine el informe final se dar\u00e1 vista general a la Unidad T\u00e9cnica de lo Contencioso Electoral.

El INE puede saber qui\u00e9nes son los promoventes, qui\u00e9nes fueron los que presentaron la informaci\u00f3n, que pueden ser llamados a cuenta para que presenten sus argumentos y se pueda dilucidar por qu\u00e9 se presentaron registros en donde la ciudadan\u00eda misma dijo que no particip\u00f3.

El INE puso a disposicion una liga en donde usted podr\u00e1 consultar si sus datos est\u00e1n ah\u00ed pero sin haber participado y tiene la posibilidad de presentar alg\u00fan recurso que ayude a esclarecer por qu\u00e9 estan sus generales en esa base de datos y qui\u00e9nes fueron las personas que los dieron de alta.

Sobre las irregularidades detectadas por el INE, expuso que habr\u00e1 \u201cconsecuencias sobre todo conductas que pueden implicar dolo y uso indebido del padr\u00f3n como la supuesta entrega de apoyos de personas recluidas en prisi\u00f3n y peor a\u00fan de personas fallecidas, eso no ser\u00e1 sin\u00f3nimo de inacci\u00f3n legal, no de impunidad, pues se podr\u00e1 saber qu\u00e9 promotores y auxiliares usaron de manera ilegal datos del listado nominal, quiero decir, que todos los datos del informe se refiere a la entrega en papel que hizo la asociaci\u00f3n civil Que Siga la Democracia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
