El Consejo General del Instituto Electoral del Estado de M\u00e9xico (IEEM) en su 7\u00aa Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria aprob\u00f3 los Formatos \u00danicos de Materiales y Documentaci\u00f3n Electoral con y sin emblemas, para la Elecci\u00f3n Extraordinaria de Atlautla 2022, la cual re\u00fane los requisitos y caracter\u00edsticas exigidas por la normatividad.

Entre la documentaci\u00f3n con emblemas se destaca la boleta electoral, las actas de la Jornada electoral, de escrutinio y c\u00f3mputo de casilla, as\u00ed como la levantada en el consejo municipal, y la de c\u00f3mputo municipal, adem\u00e1s de la hoja de incidentes, la constancia de clausura de casilla y recibo de copia legible, por mencionar algunos.

En tanto que la documentaci\u00f3n sin emblemas se conforma por la bolsa para boletas entregadas a la o el presidente de la mesa directiva de casilla, la bolsa para sobres con boletas sobrantes, votos v\u00e1lidos y votos nulos; sobre para boletas sobrantes, para votos v\u00e1lidos, votos nulos, y para la lista nominal de electores entre otros.

Respecto a los materiales electorales se destacan: el cancel electoral; la urna para la elecci\u00f3n del Ayuntamiento; la caja paquete electoral; la base porta urna; la caja contenedora de material electoral; sello con la marca X; se\u00f1alamiento del procedimiento de votaci\u00f3n (discapacidad auditiva y\/o de lenguaje), mampara especial; dado para marcadora de credenciales; as\u00ed como el sello \u201cVot\u00f3\u201d.

Cabe mencionar que la Direcci\u00f3n Ejecutiva de Organizaci\u00f3n Electoral (DEOE) del Instituto Nacional Electoral, valid\u00f3 la emisi\u00f3n de la documentaci\u00f3n electoral, los dise\u00f1os; as\u00ed como la reutilizaci\u00f3n de los materiales electorales aprobados y utilizados en las elecciones de 2021, que fueron recuperados en buen estado.

A la par, se present\u00f3 el Informe por parte de la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva sobre el avance de actividades de la Elecci\u00f3n Extraordinaria de Atlautla, como fue por parte de la Direcci\u00f3n de Partidos Pol\u00edticos el seguimiento a la publicaci\u00f3n de la Convocatoria dirigida a la ciudadan\u00eda interesada en postularse a una candidatura independiente; sobre el financiamiento p\u00fablico para la obtenci\u00f3n del voto; as\u00ed como el tope de gastos de precampa\u00f1a, apoyo ciudadano y campa\u00f1a.

Tambi\u00e9n se report\u00f3 sobre la solicitud de la presencia de seguridad p\u00fablica a las autoridades del Estado de M\u00e9xico; la entrega de nombramientos a las y los integrantes de la Junta y el Consejo Municipal de Atlautla; la instalaci\u00f3n de una Mesa de Atenci\u00f3n, por parte de la Unidad T\u00e9cnica para la Administraci\u00f3n de Personal Electoral, para atender las distintas acciones de la Junta Municipal, misma que permanecer\u00e1 hasta el fin del Proceso Electoral Extraordinario.

Por \u00faltimo, la Unidad de Inform\u00e1tica y Estad\u00edstica report\u00f3 el inici\u00f3 de la instalaci\u00f3n de la red de datos y del equipo de c\u00f3mputo para la operaci\u00f3n de la Junta y Consejo Municipal Electoral de Atlautla.
