El Consejo General del Instituto Electoral del Estado de M\u00e9xico (IEEM) llev\u00f3 a cabo la 3\u00aa Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria en la que se rindi\u00f3 el Informe de Actividades ordinarias de las diferentes \u00e1reas adscritas al IEEM presentado por la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva, en tanto en la 8\u00aa Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria, se aprobaron dos solicitudes de registro de convenios de coalici\u00f3n para postular planillas para la elecci\u00f3n extraordinaria de Atlautla, as\u00ed como la adenda para la y el funcionario de casilla.

De tal forma que fue aprobado el registro del Convenio de Coalici\u00f3n \u201cVa por Atlautla\u201d, para postular una planilla en la Elecci\u00f3n Extraordinaria de Atlautla, conformada por el Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN) y el Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI).

Asimismo fue avalada la solicitud de registro del Convenio de Coalici\u00f3n \u201cJuntos Hacemos Historia en el Estado de M\u00e9xico\u201d, para postular una planilla en la Elecci\u00f3n Extraordinaria de Atlautla, integrada por el partido pol\u00edtico MORENA y el Partido del Trabajo (PT).

Para ambos casos, una vez revisada su solicitud, se acredit\u00f3 la documentaci\u00f3n que el \u00f3rgano competente de cada partido pol\u00edtico integrante de la coalici\u00f3n present\u00f3 para aprobar su participaci\u00f3n bajo esa figura.


De acuerdo con la normatividad tambi\u00e9n se establece la obligaci\u00f3n relativa a que los partidos pol\u00edticos integrantes de la coalici\u00f3n y sus candidaturas, se sujetar\u00e1n a los topes de gastos de campa\u00f1a que se fijen para la elecci\u00f3n como si se tratara de un solo partido pol\u00edtico.

Por otro lado, fue aprobado el material did\u00e1ctico \u201cAdenda para la y el funcionario de casilla de la elecci\u00f3n extraordinaria. Proceso Electoral Extraordinario 2022. Atlautla, Estado de M\u00e9xico\u201d; en cuyo documento se precisan las actividades que realizar\u00e1 cada funcionaria o funcionario de las mesas directivas de casilla durante la jornada electoral, as\u00ed como las medidas preventivas sanitarias que deben aplicarse.

Adem\u00e1s, se se\u00f1alan los supuestos para llevar a cabo las suplencias en caso de ausencia el d\u00eda de la jornada electoral de las y los funcionarios de casilla, as\u00ed como la forma en que se debe realizar la marcaci\u00f3n de la credencial para votar.

Previamente, en la Sesi\u00f3n se rindi\u00f3 el Informe del avance de actividades de la Elecci\u00f3n Extraordinaria de Atlautla, presentado por la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva relativo a las actividades desarrolladas por el Consejo General y comisiones, junto con las acciones realizadas por las diferentes direcciones y unidades adscritas y el seguimiento al Calendario INE-IEEM.
