Para todas aquellas personas de ocho a\u00f1os de edad en adelante que gustan de la fotograf\u00eda, ya sea como aficionadas o de manera profesional, pueden participar en el concurso \u201cUna mirada a la democracia\u201d, organizado por el Instituto Electoral del Estado de M\u00e9xico (IEEM), en el que podr\u00e1n retratar de manera creativa im\u00e1genes espont\u00e1neas, fotomontajes o realizar escenarios planeados donde se destaquen los valores democr\u00e1ticos, cuya convocatoria estar\u00e1 disponible hasta el 14 junio en el minisitio: https:\/\/www.ieem.org.mx\/2022\/fotografia_2022\/index.html<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La capacidad creadora de las y los participantes se dividir\u00e1 en cinco categor\u00edas: la \u201cA\u201d, que va de los 8 a los 17 a\u00f1os; \u201cB\u201d, de 18 a 29 a\u00f1os de edad; \u201cC\u201d, de 30 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s; la \u201cD\u201d, que es libre y pueden participar a partir de ocho a\u00f1os en adelante; y la \u201cE\u201d, dirigida a mexiquenses que radican en el extranjero, a partir de 8 a\u00f1os.

En las fotograf\u00edas se deber\u00e1n tratar temas relacionados a la \u201cConvivencia en mi comunidad\u201d, \u201cLa democracia como forma de vida\u201d, La convivencia escolar arm\u00f3nica\u201d e \u201cIm\u00e1genes de mi Estado\u201d.

Las im\u00e1genes no deber\u00e1n llevar ninguna se\u00f1al que identifique al autor como firma, marca de agua o sello; ni se le deber\u00e1 a\u00f1adir m\u00e1rgenes, marcos, bordes o elementos similares.

En el caso de la categor\u00eda \u201cD\u201d, las fotograf\u00edas podr\u00e1n ser editadas digitalmente o utilizar filtros, as\u00ed como, fotomontajes o fotograf\u00edas de escenas planeadas, esto con el fin de incentivar la creatividad. Mientras que en la categor\u00eda \u201cE\u201d, se pueden hacer escenas espontaneas o planeadas, utilizar filtros y ediciones digitales.

Las fotograf\u00edas deber\u00e1n ser enviadas a trav\u00e9s del sistema de registro con las siguientes indicaciones: podr\u00e1n ser en blanco y negro o a color; las dimensiones ser\u00e1n, m\u00ednimo, de 3,000 pixeles por el lado m\u00e1s largo de la foto; la resoluci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 ser de 300 pixeles por pulgada cuadrada; en formato .jpg y con un peso m\u00e1ximo de 20 megabytes.

Adem\u00e1s, se deber\u00e1 llenar el formulario respectivo, anexando la carta manifestaci\u00f3n de cumplir con lo establecido, y en caso de los menores de edad, con la autorizaci\u00f3n del padre, madre, tutor o tutora, debidamente requisitada, firmada y fotografiada; ambos documentos se encuentran en el minisitio del concurso.

Con respecto al jurado del concurso de fotograf\u00eda \u201cUna Mirada a la democracia\u201d, \u00e9ste se integrar\u00e1 por expertos en la materia ajenos al IEEM, con el prop\u00f3sito de garantizar la imparcialidad en la evaluaci\u00f3n de los trabajos que se har\u00e1 conforme a los criterios de efectividad para expresar los temas, contemplados en la convocatoria, creatividad y caracter\u00edsticas solicitadas.
